Torana — headless storefront for Magento & Adobe Commerce
A licensed headless storefront for Magento 2 and Adobe Commerce: a fast, themeable storefront plus a companion Magento module, so merchants keep their catalog, pricing and admin while shoppers get a modern experience.
The challenge
A faster front door for the store you already run
Most Magento storefronts are slow to change and expensive to upgrade. Torana separates the shopper-facing experience from the commerce engine: the merchant keeps Magento or Adobe Commerce as the source of truth, and Torana delivers a fast storefront on top — with a companion Magento module that keeps the two in sync. Everything is built to be overridden, so agencies and merchants customise without forking.
What we delivered
- Modern storefront on top of an existing Magento or Adobe Commerce catalog
- One installation serves multiple store views, each with its own look and locale
- Themes and design presets switch per store view, straight from the Magento admin
- Content changes in Magento refresh the storefront automatically via signed webhooks
- Every component and service can be overridden without touching the core
- Sold as an annual per-installation licence, with private package delivery
Features
What we built
Six core capabilities that make the product what it is.
Headless Storefront
A fast, SEO-friendly storefront that reads from Magento’s GraphQL API — catalog, category and product pages designed for Core Web Vitals.
Companion Magento Module
A Magento module adds the storefront configuration, cache-refresh hooks and licence checks — installed the standard Composer way, with no core rewrites.
Multi-Store & Locales
Store-view aware routing, so a single deployment can serve several brands, regions and languages from one Magento instance.
Design Presets
A token-based theme system with ready presets for different industries; merchants pick the look per store view from the Magento admin.
Override Everything
Components and services sit behind clear interfaces. Agencies extend the storefront the way they extend Magento — without forking it.
Signed Revalidation
When content changes in Magento, a signed webhook tells the storefront exactly what to refresh — fresh pages without full rebuilds.
