We collect as little as we need, use it to talk to you, and never sell it. Here is exactly what that means.
1. Who we are and scope
Maze Mavericks Private Limited, trading as Maze Mavericks (“we”, “us”), is an AI-first product engineering studio. This policy explains what personal information we collect through mazemavericks.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It does not cover third-party sites we link to.
2. Information we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us or what is needed to run the site:
- Contact form: first and last name, work email, company, topic, and your message.
- Newsletter: your email address.
- Chat assistant: the messages you type and any details you choose to share, such as your name, email, and project. If the assistant passes your request to our team, the conversation is included in the email to them.
- Call booking: when you book an intro call through our Google Calendar booking page, your name, email, and any answers you give on the booking form.
- Attribution data: the page you submitted from, a timestamp, and UTM campaign parameters if present in the link you followed.
- Technical data: IP address and browser details, processed for security and spam prevention.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and scope potential work with you.
- To send the newsletter, if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To protect the site from spam, abuse, and automated submissions.
- To understand which content brings people to us, so we can improve it.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business relationship, and newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe. We then delete or anonymise them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email info@mazemavericks.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you may also contact your local data protection authority.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where we do so, we rely on appropriate safeguards for the transfer.
10. Children
Our site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it last changed; material changes will be highlighted on this page.
